Admission Requirements
1. Submit application fonn, must have a high school diploma (or equivalent), and $50.00
non-refundable application fee.
2. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Tuition Refund Policy
Full payment of the $10,000 tuition is due 30 days prior to graduation. This
includes a massage table or chair, CPR/First Aid (if needed), and both anatomy
and massage books. Tuition delinquency may result in the dismissal from the
course. RETURNED CHECKS WILL RESULT IN A $50.00 CHARGE. If a student
decides to withdraw from the course, we must first receive a formal written
withdrawal notice and tuition is not refundable. Ask us about the Wells Fargo
financing option. Minimum enrollment required to begin classes.
Therapeutic Solutions School of Massage accepts students regardless
of race, age, gender, religion, sexual preference, or ethnic origin. None of the aforementioned
shall be reason to deny any student the rights, privileges, programs, or activities generally
accorded or made available to other students at the school. Further, there will be no
discrimination based on the aforementioned in the administration policies or other school
programs.
At the end of six months, students who maintain a C or better grade point average,
will graduate with a Certificate of Massage Therapy, taking the MBLEX and fulfilling
state licensure requirements is the responsibility of the graduate.
If a student fails to stay within these guidelines, the director may deem it necessary
to dismiss the student from the school. Reinstatement is at the discretion of the
director.
